Returning items to Down Outdoor Store

Contact us within 7 days to arrange a return to Down Outdoor Store. The product / item must then reach us within 14 days.
Any items which are returned for refund or exchange must be received back at Down Outdoor Store, 9 Strangford Road, Downpatrick, Co Down, BT30 6HA within 14 days in a new and unused condition and with the original packaging intact. This should be accompanied with the receipt / invoice and a Returns Number which will be given to you by a member of staff quoting your invoice number when phoning 0845 643 1246. No goods will be accepted without an authorised returns number.
