About Down Outdoor Store
Welcome to Down Outdoor Store. We are a group of people heavily interested in Watersports including Windsurfing, Kitesurfing, Surfing, Sailing etc. We are passionate about the sports we do and the Island we live in and its beautiful coasts and beaches.
Down Outdoor Store was setup by Mick Forster and Clare Watson during their second year of University. Now the company is run online and managed by Mick Forster, Clare Watson, Karl Morgan and Rab McGouran.
We all work 9 - 5 but are dedicated to the business as well. Orders will dispatched the very next day subject to stock

Many of these activites are completed around the County Down Coast mainly Ballyhornan beach, Tyrella beach, Dundrum Bay, Newcastle & Murloch beaches with the exception of Surfing, where we travel to Portrush or Donegal to catch the waves.

We are a small company and therefore cannot carry everything in stock, particualary the larger equipment. Our aim to stock most of the smaller equipment and we can order in larger stock as the customer needs it at a great price....

Any order placed will if in stock be posted the following day. We aim for our delivery time to be 1 - 2 days but this can sometimes take up to 5 business days.
